4.0 out of 5 stars Beautiful poster
This poster has very bright colors and you can read the writing perfectly well. My only complaint is that even though I ordered two posters from the same company, they charged me full shipping price for each item. That shouldn't happen, especially if they arrived in the same tube.

3.0 out of 5 stars It's cheap!
Plus side - It's cheap!

Minus side - It's cheap!

If you're looking for a 'poster' (thin paper, glossy, cheap), this is what you are looking for. If you're looking for something a bit sturdier / thicker, you'll need to pay more. Not a bad product, just make sure you are looking for a poster quality product, and not a print.

5.0 out of 5 stars Keeping it real..., December 1, 2011
The original "Keep Calm and Carry On" idea comes from World War II, when the British government sponsored placards and other notices with this message to try to keep both the spirits and the resolve of the people high in the midst of sometimes daily bombings. Most of us do not have endure that today, but there are enough causes of stress and consternation that a gentle reminder of the need to persevere, to just keep plodding through, can be useful.

This particular incarnation of the meme is a large poster -- it will cover the better part of a dormitory door or bedroom door; it is great for college students (who often need to be reminded to carry on, if not keep calm!), but also for any one who might need a little reminder. This poster swaps the traditional red and white with the Union Jack background, excellent for the anglophile.

5.0 out of 5 stars Huge poster reassures, August 27, 2011

I didn't expect it to be this big (numbers on a screen hardly register in terms of real life space in my case), but I have it by the door between my roommate's side and my side of the room, and it stands out nicely. Looks great. It was a bit wrinkled, especially on lateral edges, but nothing that is too visible or irksome.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Display Print, January 7, 2011

I've been a big fan of this poster series, and while I thought about getting the traditional red and white one, this one seemed a lot more eye-catching. I got it very quickly and took it to Michael's to be framed. It cost a bit, since the print is pretty large, but it looks amazing. If you choose the glass with the least reflective-ness on it, it's really stunning. I thought the weathered look of it was much more authentic to the time period than the straight red/white one. I thought this was a great buy for the price and has made a great addition to my collection.

Arrived in perfect condition. Colors are bright, and the print is crisp. Excellent quality generally. Looks fantastic in a cheapo plain black poster frame.
