We got this book for our 2.5 year old since he loves Cars. It's perfect to read at bedtime. The pictures are great, with lots to discover, and the story is short enough that you don't mind reading it again if asked. And I think since there's not a lot of words to a page, it will encourage him to start to read himself and not get overwhelmed. We're going to get more of the Step into Reading books, Step 1.

My 4yr old grandson loves all forms of transportation! Cars, trains, trucks and planes! A favorite is "Cars". The book is quite cute for 4yr old children and it seems to be a big hit with the boys!

My 3-year-old son loves Disney Cars, so this is perfect. It is simple and good pictures. We're read it many, many, many times already.

This book is meant for those just learning to read. In it, we follow the cars of Radiator Spring from the hit movie Cars [Blu-ray] as they prepare for Christmas! I also highly recommend Mater Saves Christmas (Disney Pixar Cars) for all reader, Cars fans, and collectors.

I bought this for my nephew, he loves the movie CARS. He is in 1st grade and is a reluctant reader. This is NOT a level one reader. He memorized some of the pages that had very large words on the but was not reading independently.

My son has asked me to read this book to him at bedtime every night for an entire year! There's not much more that I can say about it. He loves it!

Got this for my son who is a huge Cars fan. He's in first grade, is an avid reader, and worked his way through this with only one word he needed me to help him with.
