Disney Pixar Cars Red Fire Truck is adorable but it has one particular issue. The water spout connector that shoots out the fake water barely stays on the truck or ladder (depending on which location you choose). It needs a better connection so that it doesn't come off so easy. Otherwise, this toy is awesome. My son absolutely loves it and he doesn't really care if it comes off or not because after all it is RED from Cars. I would recommend this product to anyone as long as they know that the water spout is loosely connected.

My little boy got this for Christmas last year and has carried it around, dropped it, crashed it, and slept with it.
It makes noises that are not obnoxious or too loud and has a flashing light that is pretty cool.
It has lost a couple of minor parts (one rear-view mirror & the cover for the light on top) in the process but has held up pretty well despite the abuse. The cover for the little red light on top is the one that is a little frustrating. It came off after a while, because my boy likes to carry it by this light; it pops back on easily which is nice, but the more it comes off the easier it comes off. One of these days I will get around to putting some glue on it.

Purchased for my 3 year old nephew and he really loves it. I don't think it is educational in the slightest and the little fire hose attachments require precision that I don't think most 3 year olds have to use but the toy seems just as fun without them.

All boys love Firetrucks, so when I saw the Cars Firetruck I was hooked.
We've had it for a few years now, and they still like it. A few of the pieces are lost...like the water that shoots out of the hose, but other than that, it's still usable. It'll probably get moved out to our sandbox this summer. Can't go wrong with a firetruck!

Good toy. Throw away the "water" and expect the hoses and water canon to get lost. Otherwise it is a great toy. Seems pretty well made - not quite as good as the "Lightning McQueen" version.

My three year old son saw this at the Disney Store months ago and has been asking for it ever since. They no longer carry it and I couldn't find it anywhere else, was thrilled to find it on Amazon. It is a pretty cool toy, but for almost $50 you think it would really put out fires or something. It only makes one noise with a lever on the side that you have to push hard all the way down, and my son has trouble pushing it all the way. He loves to shoot the fake water at everything, but I had to take the hoses away because he thought it would be funny to hook them all together and whip his sister with them. Altogether this is a pretty cool toy but I definitely think it was too pricey.

I purchased this toy or my two year old son. He loves everything "Cars" right now and he was so excited to see "Red!" Item was received promptly & the order process was very easy. "Red" is a lot of fun and very durable. You have to push down a lever and the firetruck makes a series of sounds & has a siren with lights.

This is a cute toy - but it is certainly not worth the $25 that I paid for it for my 3 yr old grandson. Also, the water spout connector is not stable and keeps falling off and the fake water that shoots out is very easily lost and we have to constantly search for it. I can't believe I paid that much for it - about half the price would be right.

I bought this for my son over a year ago and he or my daughter use it almost every day. They really like the lights. I never gave them the water shooting thing. I guess that is the only drawback to this toy is that the water shooter is pretty useless. It is great for creative, imaginary play and it has been very durable.

My kid absolutely loves this toy, he spends time watching the movie and playing with the cars. when we go out, its great because i dont have to worry about losing the engine like i do with the smaller cars.
