This product has a very good performance. The only thing is that when you clean fingerprints or alike on the screen, you have to use some strength and some time to completely remove them. It's not hard, but neither that easy as shown in their video. And after that your screen is like new. Brushes are working fine with me too. Very good product.

i just got it today (Laptop Pro Cleaning Tool) and it works great. i like it because i feel safe that it will not harm my screen like other products can. i just got a new laptop and i want to keep it new and in good shape and this is a good cheap way to keep it clean. i would recommend this product to anyone but i will say i would buy it from amazon because i got the order the next day on 2 to 3 day shipping but it was just an empty package i called amazon and they sent the item overnight at no cost to me and even though they had to send out again still got it very fast. i would had rather got it the first day but things happen i called them and they didn't argue they just said very sorry we will send one out right away that simple most companys would argue make you send the empty box back at your cost and wait until they got it to send the product. amazon is the best for customer service!Carson Optical Laptop Pro Cleaning Tool
