I needed a light duty tripod for occasional use. This tripod works just fine for my purposes. It's not heavy duty, but it's also not flimsy. Good value.

great tripod ,solid,very easy to use with my 100 mm spotting scope, highly recomend this product for your outdoor activities. only wish it came with its own carrying case.

This tripot is going to be great. it is very adjustable and can be used at various heights and on different surfaces with the two types of 'legs'. It is easy to change for the different heights - one does not have to dig out the instructions every time one wants to do the changing. if the surface it sets on is uneven, it can be used there because of the adjusting 'legs'. The price was good - well worth the money. We'd recommend it to others.
