BDSM and vampires - my two favorite things - so I was thrilled to find this story with a female dominant and male submissive. I loved the story and found the characters to be interesting and dimensional. NOW, if you are looking for the focus of the story to be the murders and their investigation, this is not the book for you - that almost seemed secondary to the paranormal romance brewing in the story which is what I was reading it for anyway. For those not into BDSM and wondering if they might not want to read that, the descriptions are mild and won't likely bother you.
My only complaint about this book is that it was too short and there isn't a sequel cause I just loved it - I finished it today and miss it already! |
