I saw a friend with a similar bag and loved it. My old diaper bag was a source of frustration, so I was looking for a new one. This bag is bigger than it looks, which could be good or bad. It's wider, but shorter with a hard panel on the bottom so you're not putting everything on top of each other and helps keep it from falling over. There's a separate zippered bag that you can use for your things and even a removable cell phone holder (I've clipped it to my waist with my phone, ID, and debit card and gone just like that leaving the bag in the car). The changing pad is soft on one side and has a plastic coating on the other, which wipes clean rather nicely. I usually fit a book and a couple other smaller items in the front pocket. The side pockets are good for mom's travel mug or a sippy cup, deep enough so things don't fall out, but loose enough so you don't have to wrestle things in or out. The straps haven't given me any problems. One may fall off if that bag is particularly full, but it still doesn't dig in and nothing has fallen out. My only preference would be if the sides inside had some support in them so it would be even more stable and hold it's shape even better, but I've yet to see a bag like that. Gender neutral colors so Dad's not too embarrassed by it. Seems to keep clean well enough. I've not been gentle with it by any means and I don't see any wear after two months.

I've had this diaper bag for a year with my first. It has worn very well. Has plenty of space and a plastic area to put anything that might get wet. There is room for two bottles on the sides. Adjustable strap. Good quality at a good price.

I actually bought this bag as a gym bag. It is spectacular for holding my gym clothes and all the pockets allows me to organize my cosmetics and shower things. The zipper, however, broke after less than 3 weeks. It was pretty full, but I don't feel like it was full enough to break a zipper. My opinion is the zipper is of poor quality. If you are looking to carry a fair amount of things with this bag that may put any strain on the zipper, I would maybe look elsewhere for a different bag
