With this being baby #4 and a pile of incomplete baby books under my belt I took the advice of a friend to get a calendar with pre-made stickers. It was hard choosing off the internet since you couldn't view the pages or see the stickers, but looking at the measly selection in the stores (most sealed) I decided on this one and was thoroughly surprised and satisfied. The photo doesn't do it justice. The designs/prints and characters-snails, butterflies, birds, bees and frogs are simply adorable. The stickers are decorated with the cutest pictures and colors. The pages are made of a thick card stock-so not flimsy or easily torn. The cover is only slightly thicker. In case it matters to you it is not an elaborate "keepsake" cover and just printed (which I was fine with-it's still attractive).
(Meadow lark version) I had wished they had a better description of the stickers so if interested here goes: Baby Arrives; 1-11month and 1st Birthday; Eats Cereal, veggies, fruit; Uses spoon; holds bottle; feeds self; FIRSTS: Easter, Valentines Day, Chanukah, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, smile, shoes, step, bath, tooth , trip, word; (3) Visits grandparents; (2) Visits Doctor; rolls over; sleeps through the night; crawls; sits alone; pulls up; stands alone; walks alone; FINDS: toes, hands; grasps objects; Says Ma-Ma, Says Da-Da; waves Bye-bye; laughs out loud; looks at books; imitates sounds. Journaling descriptions: There is a section about Mommy and Daddy: where they were born, grew up, talents and interests. About baby: Arrived at/on, hair, eyes, weight, inches, distinguishing characteristics that made you special. Some of our first feelings. There is a family tree page for siblings through to Great grandparents on both sides. Every month has a section to complete: height, weight, sleeping patterns, feeding schedule, sounds and motions, likes and dislikes, favorite toys and games, by end of month learning to...Every other month also has a spot for a small photo (but not too small). It was exactly what I was looking for and would highly recommend it to others.

Pretty stinkin' cute, and nearly perfect,

Each month has a place for you to fill out baby's sleeping patterns, feeding schedule, some sounds and motions they're making, what they like and dislike, favorite toys and games, and what they're learning by the end of the month. The pages and stickers are super duper cute while still being gender neutral. Nothing is plain, it all has some sort of colored pattern background and there are plenty of frogs, ducks, bugs, monkeys, turtles, and snails. The stickers are cute, though I wish there were even more of them, but that's ok.
Inside: All About Mommy & Daddy All About You Family Tree Empty months that you fill in, and one page of stickers Letters from Mommy & Daddy The only negative: (and why I gave 4 stars instead of 5) Each month there's a box that says "(month)", which is where you put that month's sticker (like "January"). Well, on the thirteenth month, the one that will be your child's first birthday, they still wrote "month" in the box... the problem being that they only gave you ONE sticker for each month... so you don't have a sticker for the 13th month, but you can't just write it in by hand either. You'll have to type it out on the computer and make your own sticker label for that month. I mean, that is totally doable; I just find it to be a lack of foresight on their part. If they would have just not written "(month)" in the box, then you could hand-write that month in yourself. But since they did write "(month)" you have to cover it up even though they didn't provide the sticker to do so.

This is a great addition to baby's nursery...got one as a gift for my first child and bought this Carter's calender for the second since that one was so successful. It's difficult to keep up with baby book entries with a newborn, but if you keep this calendar hanging by the changing table with a pen, you can just jot things down for possible baby book entries later so you don't forget them!
I love the muted, unisex colors of this calendar...it's babyish and cute but not sickeningly sweet. How refreshing!

This calendar was smaller than I expected it to be. I did like that it came in a nice plastic holder, to preserve it. It did not have as many stickers as I would have liked, and they only had stickers for 12 months, so the last month you're kind of screwed and it says "Name of Month" in the box, so you can't just fill it in. I did like that the first few pages were about Mom and Dad and the Family Tree and about pre-baby feelings. Other than that, each month just has room for weight and length and "things about me" notes. A little less detailed than I would prefer, but overall a cute little keepsake!

Very cute design, pink and modern without being frilly and overly girly. Each month has a list of questions about baby's current likes/dislikes, sleeping patterns, eating, current skills. There is a page of stickers to use. This is definitely something I'd buy again for another baby or for a friend!

I had the baby book and keepsake box of this same design so naturally bought the calendar to make the set complete. It's cute, but I am not happy with the stickers. For instance, the calendar goes from the month your baby was born to the same month the following year, but only includes one sticker for each month. This means that the second time your baby's birth month comes around you're left with a rectangle for a sticker - but nothing to put there. The stickers fill up the date squares so you cannot suppplement your own information... under the sticker for "Eats Vegetables" you want to write "sweet potatoes" but there's no room. Also, I think they missed some major milestones.
So, overall - cute but should've been more thought out.

I would definitely recommend this product to all new parents. The calendar is very cute and gender neutral. It comes with all the stickers for baby's milestones and space to put pictures and describe the month's activities. I love it!!

I wish I had more time and energy to keep track of all the precious milestones of our young son - all those good intentions but we really weren't able to keep a photo album or scrapbook current. Finally at month 4, I took my mother in law's advice and got this calendar to help me keep track. I've added more photos and personalized it a bit more and I am so happy and relieved to be filling in stickers and noting milestones. What a relief!

I was looking for a calendar similar to the one my Mom filled out for me and this is it! I love the stickers, although there could be more of them (why do none of these include a lot of Dr. visit stickers?!), and I think this will be easier to keep up with than a baby book. I'm going to hang it near the changing table so I can mark things down when they happen. I also really like the colors. It's so hard to find gender neutral baby items! I think this needs to be fixed for those that want the baby's sex to be a surprise :-)

I ordered these calendars for my 2 daughters, both of whom were pregnant at the time, one has recently given birth. They requested these instead of the usual "baby book". It is hung on the wall in baby's room, and all baby's milestones are recorded as they happen!! I couldn't find any similar calendars locally in stores, so turned to trusty Amazon! I am pleased with the product, as are my daughters, and speedy delivery was the frosting on the cake, so to speak. Thanks Amazon!!
