I really love every song on this CD. I could imagine every cartoon scene that involved the songs as I listened to them. It's a great way to listen to classical music without falling asleep.

For all you boomers who grew up with Bugs Bunny, this is a must have ... You can tell immediately which cartoon the music comes from ... What a fabulous trip !!!

This was my first classical CD and a very wise investment it was! This CD is rich and overflowing with timeless classics such as "The Comedians Gallop", "Ride of the Valkeries", "Sleeping Beauty Waltz", and many, many others. There's so much classical music on here you can really get lost in it all.

I also highly recommend CLASSICS FOR KIDS, BUILD YOUR BABY'S BRAIN, MAD ABOUT BEETHOVEN, and MAD ABOUT BACH.

This is a great collection, and a good way to gain exposure to classical music. The quality is great throughout, but I would have to say that the Stokowski/LSO recording of the Pilgrims' Chorus from Tannhäuser makes the disc. I just can't get enough of it! (Note, that it is sung in English -- I'm not sure of the source of the translation, but it works very well).

I grew up with Bugs and Gossamer and Elmer and loved all the goofy music they pranced around to. When my mom and I saw this collection SEVERAL years ago, we both just loved it! We have gone through several copies of it ourselves, because we keep giving it to other people who might enjoy it. This collection (which I bought on cassette the first time) opened my mind to some of the most beautiful pieces ever written.It's a great educational cd, good for a laugh, and a GREAT pick me up for a rotten day too!

This CD is a great way to introduce your child to "classical" music.
