I originally purchased this CD specifically because it has the Tom & Jerry theme. That's right, just that one track. I love the older cartoons and have not been able to find that theme anywhere. I was VERY pleased to find this CD contained Powerhouse (think of any Acme 'factory' sequence), The Powerpuff Girls Themes (Opening & Closing), as well as several others - both new and old. Being a major fan of a lot of them, this CD is most excellent!

As usual, Cartoon Network chucked on a couple of those not-always-appreciated vocal tracks. I am aware I am quite possibly the minority on this subject, but why can't they release a CD with JUST MUSIC? Not everyone out there like every cartoon - and honestly one of the vocal tracks is from a cartoon I can't stand. In fact, the Cartoon Cartoon theme is riddled with various voice-overs. It is because of those few specific tracks I have decided not to give 5 stars.

I just love cartoons and when I heard of this cd I just had to add it to my collection. Besides all the Hanna Barbera songs it has the Cartoon Cartoon theme songs and various other songs from the shows. A few things that could make it better would be the addition of Toonami songs (which they probably don't have rights to) and the Powerpuff Girls song "Love Makes the World go Round". That would complete it. This is the only cd that you can find the Powerpuff Girls end theme, by bis, which is a real credit to the cd. If you love cartoons, I recommend this cd strongly. For the past few years, Raymond Scott's 1936 classic "Powerhouse" has been Cartoon Network's 'theme song.' This CD features TWO newly-recorded, & never-before released recordings of Raymond Scott's ''Powerhouse.'' You know the tune -- it's that song you hear on Cartoon Network 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, as the soundtrack for virtually all of the channel's intros, tags, promos, etc.

I had ordered this album to replace my old one I had as a child.

And, it's still AWESOME!

It works in car cd players, and regular ones. And, when you put it in your computer you can play an assortment of pretty cool games.

Overall, I love this cd!

This CD is definitely one of the best cartoon CDs I have every owned. Although the enhanced part of the CD is nothing more thin 4 simple game you can get for free from CartoonNetwork.com. The actual collection of songs you get is incredible. It is definatly a most have for all cartoon lovers.

This is a must have for any cartoon fan! I wish there were more compilations, more tunes, as this one can only cover so many. I am glad I purchased it.

I absolutely love this CD a great collection of classic cartoon themes and some of the newer cartoons that will invariably make themselves a permanent structure in pop-culture and childhood memories, now if only I could get people to stop "borrowing" it them maybe I wouldn't be buying my third copy....

Until a portable theme music player is invented, keep this Album with you at all times! The short but addictive tunes in this album will have you humming them throughout the day. You can almost picture the cartoons you love to watch as the songs roll out. It is also a nice bonus to have the best of Cartoon Networks on-line games included in the CD version.

Where are the Toonami Instrumentals? I mean, Cartoon Network has the some of their best promo songs on the album (Pork Butts and Boo-Boo, Baba, Dee-Dee). But where are the heavy, technotronic-based themes used to open the shows of Toonami (especially the new one that opens up ReBoot)? Even that song "Yeah!(1-2-1-2)" isn't up there. Nonetheless, I love this album.
