This stuff is terrible.,
By Knowsguy (Funkytown, (Bay Area) CA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Cartooning (Artist's Library series #14) (Paperback)
The cover features some of the artist's best drawings,
which is not very promising. Just look at the drawings of those 5 lifeless faces. Really, take a closer look, enlarge the picture. Why would you want to learn how to draw anything similar to that? Inside the book, it gets worse.. -much worse! I'm outta time for this turkey! -Bye!

Cartooning for beginners,
By A Customer
This review is from: Cartooning (Artist's Library series #14) (Paperback)
This book is an good starting point for novices who have an interest in cartooning. It provides an overview of the tools an techniques needed to draw or paint cartoon characters. The book is well illustrated with lots of step by step examples, but does not go into much depth on the various subjects. A good book for beginners, experienced artists could better spend their money on paper and pecils.
