My dog loves the taste of these treats, and she is always excited when I get one out. I like how they are 80% chicken, and the resealable bags are very convenient. You can likely try them in smaller packages from your local stores, but if you start buying them regularly, I found the price on Amazon to be hard to beat.

I originally had tried these with my dog in a sample pack. She loved them! She can't get enough of them! They are made from real chicken and smell good enough to eat! She would do anything for these treats, a little pricey, but worth it for the occasional treat! My dogs don't leave any crumbs behind...

The Carvers are packaged in a tear open, resealable pouch. My scissors were at the ready, but the top was easy to tear off from the bag. The reseal function works very well and appears to seal the bag airtight to keep it fresh. A 3.5 ounce bag holds 9 or 10 chicken slices, so they'll disappear fast if you don't tear them into smaller pieces.

These things smell marvelous, so marvelous that one is almost tempted to take a nibble. Almost.
Evie, Piper, and Bella love these treats. As part of the morning treat I tear apart one or two of the chicken slices for the three to share. Bits of the Carvers are placed on their plates next to the regular treats or kibble. All three immediately go for the Carvers, then pause to lick their lips with satisfaction before eating the rest of their morning snack.

If unopened, this treat has a long shelf life. The package I opened in August of 2008 has a use by date of February 2009 on the bottom. There's no indication on the package that these must be refrigerated after opening. A bag won't last that long anyway.

Evie, Piper, and Bella all give the Chicken Carvers two paws up. You'll notice this is one of the pricier treats you'll find, but our girls think they deserve a premium snack like this once in a while.

My dogs love these....I feel better about giving these because they are closer to real meat and they seem to be better for them than most of the processed mystery meat treats out there with the fake smoky chemical smell.Also these treats seem to agree better with their digestive system.

The dog loves them and I have the comfort of knowing they are made in the U.S.A. Also, no wheat or corn.

They are a little more pricey than some treats but worth it.

I have a fussy eater, even with treats. He did love Pigs ears, but got so he was choking and would throw up because he ate them so fast. In looking for a substitute, I came across these. He will do anything for them. They are semi soft and chew easily. He has sat in front of the cabinet for 2 hours because I forgot to give him one "on schedule".

My dog loves these and they are expensive in the regular grocery stores and sometimes hard to find. I have been getting my dog treats thru Amazon for a while now and the prices are great and so is the service!

These are a great soft treat minus the crumbs that cookies leave behind. But upon opening the bag...whoa! The smell of garlic is overwhelming. I left the bag opened for a day with improvement. The dogs really enjoy them. They are a good healthy treat. They go fast! Four stars is because of the strong odor...otherwise, I recommend.

Both of the stores in this area stopped carrying them. I was very upset about it. I gave these to my golden as a special treat. He was really missing them. Decided to check Amazon and low & behold, they carried them. They are even less expensive than what I had been getting them for. I'm happy with the product, as is my dog. Got them with in 5 days of ordering. I'll definately be ordering again.

My Pup loves Chicken Carvers. They are relatively soft and don't hurt old gums but are so good and healthy too. The price is better than we can get local. Two bags are great because when down to the last bag, I reorder.
