I heard of this album through a friend, who is a family member of Caryl's husband Scott. Though I wasn't a country fan at the time, that didn't stop me from going out and plunking down my hard-earned dollars for it. The tracks are great, and you can sing along with them easily. I particularly like "One More Day" and "One Night Stand." The fact that one didn't get major airplay and become a country standard is a cryin' in your beers shame. This is a great soundtrack for a weekend getaway when you've got a hankering to get the wind through your hair. I hope Caryl and Scott continue to write, and I fully expect to see Caryl get her due someday soon.

What a wonderful CD! I just keep coming back to it again and again. You can sing along with the tracks easily. She has a great voice and this is really fresh music. I can easily imagine Martina McBride or Trisha Yearwood singing these tunes and having them become country standards. Give her a chance - just because you haven't heard of her doesn't mean she's not super and this isn't great material. My favorite tracks: One More Day, One Night Stand and Bourbon Confession. Thanks for great music, Caryl!

Over the years I've listened to a lot of country music. This happens to be one of the very best I've been priviledged to hear. My favorites are Better Love Next Time and One Night Stand. Give this one a listen you won't regret your choice.

Original, refreshing album. Far from the standard, same old thing, one hears from so many radio stations. A dynamic voice. Writers are original.
