doesn't come with the fuel for the flame or anything. but don't be a cheapo and try to use a candle...it's not strong enough. plates are really nice and ceramic.
overall, this is a great product! Awesome for fondue lovers.

Bought it because it was so cheap but I returned is as soon as I got it. It is a great set but the steel is very thin and sharp. I saw red water as I was rinsing the lid and realized that it was my blood. I ended up with many cut on my hand...

Ordered several as gifts for the holidays.Cant beat the price,and this is a complete set, which I saw in stores for 6 times as much as I paid here.

This is really great for the price I paid. It's stainless. so no rust. The plates are nice. I am forever going to be buying sterno, because I'm really happy to have this fondue pot.

I ordered 4 of these, we love to have dinner parties and fondue is a fav. I gave one to my daughter, as she liked them so much.

Excellant quality, good value. Only issue I have is the sterno container is too small for the normal size sterno cans (6 oz).

This is one of three fondue pots that I purchased recently. I used this one for a vegetable oil based fondue. It kept the oil heated really well. I'd never tried fondue cooking before and this was a complete, yummy success.

This fondue is the best deal for the price,
it includes ceramic plates, has forks and stainless
steel finish I am very happy with this item for 20.00.

Very poor quality, it started to rust after the first usage. Well, we are glad it started so early, so we could return it to Amazon. You better spend more money to get a fondue set you can actually use not only once.

I'm no fondue expert, but I bought two different fondue sets and the other is better by far and for about the same price. This burned the cheese and I couldn't keep the fuel lit. It kept going out and it was impossible to control the temperature. It also left burn stains on the bottom of the pot. You're better off with something else!
