Not only can you bake on this silicone sheet, you can use it to roll out pie dough and it's non-skid. There are guides for crust diameter.The instructions say you can cut this to size, if it's larger than your baking sheet, but I found for my baking, it was just fine. I love the non-skid aspect and the guide because my former pastry sheet was a polypro plastic sheet that slid, rolled up and cracked. This one is perfect! |
