Not what I was thinking,

Maybe I should have paid closer attention to the size on this item. They are tiny. And while I knew they would not be full size cutting boards, it never occurred to me that they be too small to cut a medium size onion or carrot on. The idea I had in mind was that they would be flexible enough to cut stuff up on, then curl and put directly in the pot. They are so small, and with the inward seeping sides making for even less surface area, that they resist curving enough to much to be used in that way.
