I've used this muffin pan a number of times and it works great! When you pop the muffins out, you just push up from the bottom and push them out. You have to push on both sides of the bottom. If you push too much on one side you can ruin the muffin. At first I messed up some of them, but not too many now.
I'm happy with this product! No complaints.

Great for cheesy breakfast muffins!,

Not much to say; the pans work as expected. I bought two of these to make some personal-sized quiches and jumbo savory breakfast muffins (cottage cheese, sun dried tomatoes, thyme). I was using paper cups before and I couldn't separate the paper from the breakfast. I use a thin cookie sheet under the pans while baking - it makes taking them in and out of the over easier. Best of all, the cleanup is fast. Even backed-on cheese just flakes off when you bend the pan. Can't be happier.
Oh, and unlike some other cheaper silicone pans: There is no chemical smell when backing with these. It seems like these are pure silicone. When you bend/twist them, the crease does not turn white (a sign of plastic fillers). I use minimal grease with mine.

I've had this muffin pan for about a month now and it has been very easy to work with. I cook egg muffins in them and with my old metal pan they would stick in the pan and it would be a huge pain to get them out and then clean the pan. I probably save 5-10 minutes every batch with this silicone muffin pan because I just pop the egg muffins out and give it a quick clean with a sponge (there is very little egg left in the pan). The silicone does give the egg muffins a slightly different taste/texture but they are still good.
