Cascade manufactures a great product with their water-soluble pouches of dishwasher detergent. These pouches take all the mess and guess work out of adding the dishwater detergent to your dishwasher before you start it up. Just place one pouch, unopened, into the main dispenser cup (not any other cup) of your dishwasher, close the dispenser cup if you have to--and then just turn on the dishwasher! The pouch with its soap and Dawn gives you very clean dishes that actually DO shine. Great!

Make sure that every time you take a pouch out of the plastic bag they come in that you reseal that plastic bag as best you can to help maintain the freshness of the remaining dishwasher detergent pouches.

After the dishwasher cycle is over, simply remove the pouch from the dispenser cup and discard it.

This form of dishwasher soap is mixed with Dawn, a mild and pleasant fresh scent and even some bleach to give you shiny, clean dishes! I really like how the bleach helps so well to kills germs and bacteria during the dishwasher cycle. This product does the job of cleaning your dishes marvelously; and once you try them you'll be hooked just as I am now. In addition, these packages will save you the effort of carrying very heavy containers of detergent from your grocery store.

The only caveat is that this does have a type of "fresh" scent to it. If you are allergic to any scents or perfumes try an unscented form of dishwasher detergent.

Overall, I highly recommend this product for anyone who has a dishwasher and cares to try to just make things easier for themselves when it comes to loading up the dishwasher or preparing it for a wash cycle. These bags make for no muss/no fuss deal; and that's quite all right in my book!

ok so here is my review on Cascade Action Pacs!
They work great and I thinks its a great buy
I like the idea of Bleach mixed in them as it kills virus and germs
on contact. My dishes come out crystal clean without any water spots!
Only one pac per large dish load does the job! A big savings since my kids use to dump loads of deterget in the dish-washer before I bought these handy dandy Action Pacs. Now wth just one toss of A Cascade Pac into the dishwasher and let the washer rip. No more wasting!

This product is very convenient! My water is hard, and it requires 2 pacs to get the dishes really clean if they are heavily soiled. Don't reach into the bag with a wet hand else the pacs start to stick to each otehr.

I got a package of The Cascade 2-in-1 action Pacs With Bleach Dishwasher Detergent, Fresh Rapids Scent at Krogers to try out before ordering so much from Amazon.com. I rated this three stars because its quality of washing seems to depend on the dishwasher more so than liquid dishwasher soap. My dishwasher is an older apartment provided dishwasher, it is cheaply made but does its job. I'm sure this product is better if you have a quality dishwasher, but with the apartment dishwasher it was not very good. After pre-washing the dishes it still left bits of food stuck to the cutlery and cups/glassware (placed so that they wouldn't fill with water)and spots on the glassware. For the cost of this product, if you have an older dishwasher I recommend trying out a single bag before buying the 5 offered here. The scent is pleasant. The "pac" always dissolves away, I've never found any of the pac stuck anywhere in my dishwasher or on my dishware.

I chose this product because I thought it would be perfect for making sure my baby's bottles were properly sanitized in my dishwasher. I run our dishwasher at least once a day now, and I was burning through jet-dry like crazy (which gets quite expensive!)
These packs have that feature built-in, and do a fantastic job on my dishes and the baby bottles. The scent is fresh and light, and doesn't leave any lingering scent on the dishes or bottles.
Just be sure to have DRY hands when you're reaching in the bag, or they will start to dissolve and stick together!

Cascade is the one company I've used for years. These tablets get the job done.

this is the only place I have been able to find cascade with bleach.

No measuring. No accidentally running out. You pick it up out of the bag. Drop it into the washer. Done.

Does a GOOD job washing the dishes. I swear the cascade you dumped all over the place in the washer actually works better but maybe I'm just getting more and more lazy about not rinsing the dishes before tossing them in the dishwasher. Could be less course detergent though and thus less scrubbing. Also could be my dishwasher so don't take too much into that.

Convenient as you could ever imagine.

NOTE: This is over a year's supply of dishwasher detergent. It's 160 loads. So unless you do your dishes EVERY night it's going to last year. It has lasted me that long (and 3 moves).

The spot in our dishwasher where you put the Jet Dry in broke a number of years ago. What can I say - we have children. Anyway, we pretty much ignored it, thinking that it was just something that wasn't really necessary or pertinent to washing dishes. We were wrong. After a year or so we suddenly started seeing little spots on our dishes, then more, then more. We tried everything - cleaning out the dishwasher, checking the parts, ect, and nothing fixed it. Then I decided to snag these in order to see if they would help. Did they! Now I can put dishes in my dishwasher without having to worry that I'm going to have to wash them twice in order to get all of the stuck on stuff off. They may cost a bit more than my traditional dishwasher detergent, but I'm definitely sticking to this brand and this product from now on! The price is definitely worth it.

This is a good product. It's not only incredibly convenient - but it really WORKS. We used it for quite awhile before ordering it from Amazon, so, we already liked it. Amazon just made it less expensive and convenient (delivered right to my door) so, I don't have to run to Walmart and fight the crowds! Definitely worth it!!!
