The #362 Case Ridgeback Hunter will make field dressing game a breeze. Designed by Blackie Collins, the Ridgeback features a 4 1/8” Swept Skinner blade in Tru-Sharp surgical steel. A full tang design for added strength, thumb grooves (gimping) in the back of the blade, and a textured black Zytel handle make for a sure grip. Measuring 8 ½” overall, and weighing 4.2 oz., the Ridgeback includes a ballistic nylon sheath. I own the Case 00362 Hunting Knife and I have used it to skin several deer. It is a good handling knife and keeps an edge while working wih it. When needed you can touch up the edge with very little effort. It use is not limited to the hunting field. It is a good all around knife for house hold use.

This is an extraordinary item! The knife is very sharp and has a curve to it that makes it ideal for making way through weeds, etc. I've found varoius uses for it already. Also, the case makes it able to carry the knife on your side so that it's easily accessible and yet also somewhat hidden. Very, very nice combination. I couldn't have asked for more.
