I really admire Mya's work as a singer, performer, and also a positive role model. She is a wonderful all-arounder who stands for a great deal.

"Case of the Ex" is a magnificent single. The beats are extraordinary. Its a terrific single to dance to. Mya has a cool voice. It sounds so very sweet, innocent, and angelic. She is so beautiful, very outspoken, and intelligient young women. The choreography for the video as well is excellent.

She is in the same league as talented young performers such as Aaliyah, Monica, Brandy, Destiny's Child, 702, and Blaque. I highly recommend including Mya's "Case of the Ex" in your music library.

This track will have you jumpin' jumpin' all night long. Mya really identifies herself in this song about questioning a man's loyalty when it's on the line. Mixed with some fine tunes and beats you can groove to, this is top of the line party material. Not buying is a crime. The best part is the first.

Mya's "The Case of Ex" truly defines what R&B is all about. The lyrics actually tell a story, that when you're listening to it, you virtually develope a picture in your mind about what the character in the song is going through with her man's ex-lover. Well...That's if you can listen to the lyrics because the pumping Hip-Hop style beat will make you want to dance for sure. I can't wait until the Dance/Club/Techno mixes are released, it will certainly be a blast! A combination of Mya's soothing voice, energetic dance moves, and not to mention her great looks, sexuality and femininity, will definately propell her and her listeners into a great future. Mya ain't going no where. She's here to stay!

I bought this CD two weeks ago, and I thought it was weird that the had the lp version AND the edit. They are almost exactly this same. Anyway, it's one of my favorite songs. Mya is a strong person/performer who is herself and doesn't cover that. Cool.

Great lyrics that make you wonder about your own honey. Catchy, but cant wait for the remixes to start showing up!

This is an awesome song launching Mya to super stardom!!! I first bought her album and from the moment I heard this song I loved it!!!I knew it was gonna be a major hit,its truly catchy I was singing it non stop for a whole week!!!Anyways I love it when CD's have an instrumental version so I can sing to them without them singing,and this has one!!!So if you love singing I suggest buying this singing!!!And also for the awsome song!!!Its worth every single penny!
