A remarkable research study,
By
This review is from: A New Case for the Liberal Arts (Jossey Bass Higher and Adult Education Series) (Hardcover)
This book has research that proves what liberal arts advocates have proposed for years: that a liberal arts education, especially a four-year school, enables you to think in new ways and make sense of complex data, especially in terms of conceptualization and comparison. Another example of McClelland's mantra of being "tough-minded about tender issues." Thought-provoking empiricism.

A Letdown,
This review is from: A New Case for the Liberal Arts (Jossey Bass Higher and Adult Education Series) (Hardcover)
This book was very disappointing and turned out to be quite useless for my study. The one star I gave it was generous.
