Not for tall people??,
By
This review is from: Case Logic 20-Disc CD Visor (Taupe) (AV20TUP) (Electronics)
I'm well over 6-feet tall, and when I installed this on the driver's side visor of my car I noticed that it blocked the top 2 inches of the windshield. Not a terrible distraction, but one I never considered when I bought it. The CD visor folds in half to allow twenty (20) CDs to be stored in individual pockets. When you fill up the twenty pockets the added weight tends to make the flap hang down a bit lower, hence blocking my view.Again, because I am above average height this may not apply to everyone. If you are vertically challenged this would NOT be a problem for you, and I highly recommend it to you. The tall people can place it on the passanger side visor, or do as I did, modify it by cutting the top flap off and affixing it to another visor. Other than that, the CD pockets are nicely constructed and I don't see that they would scratch up the CDs like so many others. when it comes to disc storage, I only buy Case Logic products: everything else scratches the discs.

Don't trust the "logic" behind Case Logic,

A few weeks before purchasing the Case Logic CD Visor, I had been trying to think of an easy and organized way of storing the CDs in my car. Before purchasing this seemingly intuitive device, I had been using a simple leather CD case, which held about 50 discs. When I saw this item on Amazon, I first looked at the reviews which seemed to say many good things about it. After mulling it over, I decided to go ahead and buy the visor, hoping that it would make organizing my CDs a little easier. After only a week of having this ridiculous visor in my car, I realized that I had made a gross error. Oh sure, it claims to be able to hold a whopping 20 discs; but let me assure you that after about a week's time the horribly degraded durability of the visor will only allow you to securely hold about 2...no joke. Unfortunately, as time goes on, you will find that the elasticity of the CD slots in this visor will become utterly rigid, which will then prompt you to put even more discs inside to make up for the loose material...worry not, this will only exacerbate the problem further. Allow me to explain in layman's terms...whenever I make a right-turn in my car while moving at speeds equal or greater than that of 2 MPH, every single disc in the visor flies out of its slot and is thrown throughout the inside of my car. Do you really want a barrage of CDs attacking you each and every time you make a perfectly legitimate turn? I would wager that your answer is "Nay." With all of that said, please do yourself a favor...Don't trust the "logic" behind Case Logic.
