I've bought many Case Logic CD wallets of different styles over the years, and these 32-CD wallets from J&R Music and Computer World are the same sturdy Case Logic quality that I've come to expect--they are not 'seconds'. This is a terrific deal for the price. The previous reviewer must have received a defective wallet with a bad heat-seal; I assume she has by now received either a replacement or a refund.

Okay, so the outside is really durable, and the strap is certainly handy...but two minutes ago I opened the case up for the first time since buying and loading it up last night...and the plastic sleeves were tearing open!

I mean, it's not like I have abnormally fat CDs or something.

We're not talking little rips right near the finger tabs...these sleeves won't hold in the CDs anymore. I want my money back.

It's a simple product, just holds CD's or DVD's or whatever discs they may be using now or in the future (as long as disc diameters remain the same). Zippers are easy to use, haven't broken yet, because we all hate it when your zippers break and you can't access your CDs. It's got a nice little pouch in the front which I never use, but I suppose you can store a cleaning cloth in there. Good capacity, and very 'cushiony' to give you some sense of protection.

The sleeves have some cloth-like material that doesn't scratch your discs, so that's a plus.
