Does exactly what it says,

I've been quite pleased with this case. Contrary to another reviewer, I find that it fits my new 15.4" screen laptop perfectly. It's an HP Pavilion dv series laptop. The outside dimension of this laptop from corner to corner diagonally is 17.25", and it fits very snugly in this case. Note that the 15.4" screen size could result in an outside laptop dimension that is greater than 17.25", which could then make the laptop too large for the case. This is one you would tuck under your arm, or into another bag. Perfect for short trips that don't involve a long carrying distance. There's also room in here for a folder or two and some pens. Does just what it says it will, providing good level of protection for the laptop. Friends have admired it for the simplicity and utilitarian appearance.
Unfortunately, "Kongie" wrote a very misleading review. So much so that I pulled out the tape measure. What "Kongie" is measuring is the POUCH that is for FOLDERS (or papers or whatever), that is on the underside (i.e. inside) the top or logo side of this case, just like in most briefcases. The COMPUTER COMPARTMENT is the larger, full inside dimension of the case (14 1/4"L x 11 3/4"w), i.e. the "bottom". It shouldn't be that difficult to figure out, since the "computer side" (i.e. the bottom) has a velcro, double strap feature that belts the laptop securely into the case. Wow, I hope that not too many people were led away from this case by that wrong information, as well-meaning as he may have been.

Case Logic Laptop Shuttle Case,

This lightweight case was exactly what I needed. I'd been looking for something streamlined, just the basics, please, but to no avail. This one has the protection for my new baby without all the zippered compartments to get lost in. I wish I'd had a choice of colors, but the charcoal grey will do nicely.

Doesn't Hold a MAC,
By
This review is from: Case Logic Laptop Shuttle Notebook Case (Personal Computers)
Big drag. Amazon says it holds 15.4". Reviews on other sites (for less money, but I trust amazon) says it'll hold a 15.4". Nope, not even close. My other iBook 14.1" barely makes the cut. Too bad 'cuz it seems like exactly the material I want (tougher than neoprene). Description should be more concise as it was recommended by Amazon for the $2500 15.4" MacBook Pro I bought from them, too.

Just OK,

It does the job but isn't anything super. I would prefer neoprene. In the end I purchased a Manhattan Portage bag that has a neoprene sleeve built in. This case works for me when I put it in any other luggage.

Laptop case....,

I was very happy that my laptop fit, it looked like it would be too small at first. It did a very good job of protecting my Dell with 15.4" monitor on a road trip. It was not bulky and actually allowed me to store it in either my suitcase (no, I did not have to check my luggage or I would never suggest carrying it this way) or my carry-all, which is not much more than a tote-bag.
Two things that were drawbacks: 1. It came delivered, although very promptly, in a huge box with ALOT of packing material. I don't live in the best neighborhood, so sending me things in the mail packed like that don't go over too well with whomever might be watching. It was bigger than the box my actual computer arrived in! 2. There is no handle or way to carry other than holding the whole thing. This is ok if you have a bag, but sometimes just moving it from here to there, you want a little handle to make it easier. All in all I would recommend it, and actual, one of my friends just bought one for her laptop.

Great notebook case,

This is perfectly what I wanted. The material is not as soft as neoprene which is good for my labtop. It fits the laptop which is IBM T41 model perfectly. I love Case logic.

Good product but lost the important information for the customers,
This review is from: Case Logic Laptop Shuttle Notebook Case (Personal Computers)
I bought this product a week ago. It's a good product but the seller should put the important information. That is "Computer compartment dimensions" for this product, it is 12.5 x 10.25 x 1.75 in. Unfortunately, it didn't fit for my 14.1 in. wide screen, it's hurt. I will not buy this product if I knew a "Computer compartment dimensions" before.

Doesn't fit my Dell Latitude,
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)

Unless Amazon sent me the wrong one (i disposed of the wrapper before finding out) this model doens't even come close to fitting a Dell 15.4" screen.
