Full disclosure... I bought this case not realizing it was meant for the macbook air, however my white macbook does fit snugly inside. This case is very thin compared to other cases I have seen, and may protect against scratches and extremely small falls (1-2 inches). What bothers me most about this case is that there are holes in the case. They look like they are meant for air vents, which is odd considering the computer should be off when it is inside the case. The holes present a problem for me because one of my main reasons for buying a sleeve was to protect against water damage. Very dissapointing.

I would buy a different product if I could do it again. If you have a macbook air and want moderate protection this might be the sleeve for you.

This is perfect for the Air model and protects the laptop perfectly. I like the fact that it is a one piece sleeve and very easy to use. I wish these were available for all my gadgets. The neoprene looks great and stretches just right to insert the Air. Highly recommended for those that want a case without all the bulk.

Just wanted to say that you can stuff a 13" macbook pro into this thing with relatively no problem. Obviously doesn't offer ultimate protection since its a thin little sleeve but its good for preventing scratches inside your bigger bag.

My bad. I was buying this as a gift for someone else and didn't realize the MacBook Air was different than a MacBook. Even so, it does fit (albeit a bit more snug) and the recipient loves it. I think it's great that there's no zipper on it... genius! The seller, DataVision, shipped it promptly and it arrived exactly when I'd been promised.

The product has tiny little holes punched in it. Why, I don't know. The idea was to protect the macbook from accidental spills in my bag. Didn't bother to return it, but wouldn't have purchased it if the photo or description had made it clear there were holes.
