I have a Canon ZR850 and this case is perfect for what I need. It holds all the stuff that I need to carry with me. The camcorder, cables, tapes and even a point and shoot camera. I like how it protects the camcorder without to much unnecessary padding. This has a semi hard shell. It could be a bit larger. The over all it is quality is high with strong zippers.

The Case Logic QPB-5 Medium Camcorder Case (Black/Gray), showed up at my door a day early, which was a blessing as my wife was awaiting it's arrival with the highest of expectations. My wife and I had our first child six months prior to ordering this case. We suffer from "new parents syndrome". We aren't sure what we might need, so we buy it all! My wife and I began to equate quality with price. We want the absolute best for our son, can you blame us? We've now seen the error of our ways...(high price does NOT necessarily mean high quality!) , I ordered a camcorder from Amazon.com a few short weeks before ordering the QPB-5. I did not order a case when I submitted my order for the camcorder, because I thought it would be easy to find a reasonably priced, quality case somewhere in the Las Vegas city limits. I was so very wrong. The quality of camcorder cases sold in retail stores for under $100 is laughable. I wanted a case that would not only hold my camcorder and all its accessories, cables, discs and cards, but also protect the camera. I didn't expect to get a case that would allow me to throw the camcorder across the room without damage, but that is exactly what I got in the Case Logic QPB-5 Medium Camcorder Case. My camcorder records on 3" Mini DVD's, and SD Memory Cards. I am able to fit extra DVD's (and of course SD Cards) into this case with all the accessories, and still zip it closed with ease. The QuickDraw camera case pocket pulls the camera forward when opened for fast, easy removal, and has Velcro straps that hold the camera in place once in the pocket. So I actually could throw this case, packed full of my camcorder and accessories, across the room without breaking a thing. Add to that the understated good looks of this case, and you have a product that compares to the ultra-expensive/over-priced cases in stores and online, for a fraction of the price. The only problem I have with this wonderful product is the shoulder strap being a bit short. The shoulder strap may be short, but Case Logic makes up for it in style, comfort and quality. 90% of all camcorder cases I came across had either a simple nylon strap for your shoulder, or some companies went all out and had a generic, sliding peice of fake leather being passed of as a pad. Even my one small complaint seems to support the overall superiority of this case. The Case Logic QPB-5 has a wide strap that distributs weight evenly, providing the illusion of carrying much less weight. Add to the excellent design, a pad shaped for the human shoulder, and, while it could be a few inches longer, you have the best shoulder-strap design out there for under $250! I recommend this case to anyone who is looking to spend less than $250, and wants the best product available!

This camcorder case has all the features I could want. On one zippered side of the case, the camcorder sits in a soft cradle sling. Under the sling is room for all of the connecting wires. I do not have to deal with the wires until I need them. On the other zippered side of the case is room for the instruction book as well as slots to hold an extra battery, mini-cd's and other items.

I got this carrying case for a LG HS201 Slim LED Projector ... it fits the projector perfectly. One side holds the projector, the other side holds cables, remote, and there's enough space for other doodads like memory cards, and even a micro tripod. Recommended!

This is a great case. It's rugged and well designed. It may be just a little small. I have a Canon HD Vixia video camera, which is quite small, and while it fits very nicely inside the case, it's a bit of a squeeze to fit the power cord and a/v cords in with it. Great case, though, at a great price. You just have to decide which cords you really need to have with you all the time.

I'm very impressed with the quality and utility of this bag. In particular, the fold-out storage pocket for the camera makes removal very quick and easy. Unlike a top zippered case, grabbing the carry handle without the case being zipped up probably wouldn't result in the camera falling out. This bag also has room for a charger and all of the associated cords for the camcorder. Well constructed and a thoughtfully laid out design make this product a winner.

I have a Samsung MX20 and it fits snugly in this case with plenty of room for cables, extra batteries, SD cards, lenses and the rest of my my junk. I like the foldout style opening and the internal organizing pockets. The zippers are nice and robust and it is well padded. The construction has been durable as well. agree that the strap is a bit short and that it could use a couple of outside pockets. I also wish it had rubber feet on the bottom. But it has served well and been a good value.

The bag has a perfect shell case, soft to the touch, but hard enough to protect from a 4ft-6ft fall. Fits all of my cables for my video Canon HF20, plus cables for a still Canon SD600 camera.

The Good, it fits my Sony camcorder like a glove and provides great protection. The fold out slot for the case is well padded and and makes taking the camera in and out the case a breeze.

The Bad, the strap that comes with the case is to short, and the clips don't swivel and can come off the case if they get twisted. I could use a few outside pockets for batteries and other often need accessories.
