This backpack is perfect to carry your laptop plus books and other things. I carry my dell studio 1747 wich has a screen 17.3" with a sleeve over it, to protect it the sleeve is not needed because the backpack has a very padded area for the laptop itself I just use it to make sure it will be safe. The backpack is made of a very strong material and it's very comfortable to carry it around even with the heavy cargo inside. I recomend this product to everyone that is looking for a bag to carry a laptop around with the rest of their stuff inside. enough space for everything..... good looking also

This backpack is exactly what I've been looking for. I have a 17" in laptop and found it hard to find CUTE functional bags that would fit. It has plenty of space inside, and enough pockets for pens and earphones and the like. It even has a larger pocket on the side of the outside (that I didn't find for a while) that is perfect for power cords. I might buy it in black as a back up. I cannot be more happy with this. The straps are super comfy. Totally recommended.

This bag is pretty huge and great for toting around a laptop and a few other random things. I know this bag is big because I'm relatively short and I always get comments such as "thats a big bag". Great bag to carry around my 16" display laptop and school books and notebooks.

The canvas bag is exactly that, a really big bag. It fits my 17in laptop and may even fit a bigger one. The bottle opener is kinda big and a bit difficult to use. If you are looking for a "cute" bag, this is not it. The big is HUGE. Everyone constantly tells me of how big it is.

This backpack is the answer to my travel packing woes. It safely holds your laptop with enough extra room to pack for a weekend away or at least for all the stuff you don't want to store in your checked luggage. If traveling by air, just do a trial run on pulling your laptop out for security to make sure you still have easy access to it after packing. Very comfortable to wear & leaves your hands free.

I really, really like this backpack. I bought it for my 17" laptop, and it fits perfectly. The laptop sits in a padded sleeve inside the backpack, and the sleeve is secured with an elastic velcro tab. There are more than enough zippered pockets to fit all my portable drives, mouse and power cord.

It looks nice, and isn't at all bulky. The only odd thing, as others have said, is the bottle opener in one of the front pockets. A little strange, but it doesn't bother anything.

Big and roomy; padded straps with a convenient side pocked for a drink bottle. Three pockets on the inside hold quite a bit, though I have trouble fitting much into the smaller pouch on the outside. I use it for school, and overall, I'm very happy with it. The main storage area holds all my college textbooks easily.

Just like everyone else says, this bag is huge! You can imagine what the box looked like. Overall, this bag is just right for my 17" HP Pavillion. I will also be a college student this coming fall at a campus without dorms, so this will save having to run to my car and back for my books because this can hold 2-4 books plus notebooks and accessories. There are also random pockets scattered about. The design isn't too anything, so anyone can sport it. I have mine covered in patches already (ET, Goonies, Ferris, etc.) and it is my life support. Under the CL logo there is a random thing that I have read is a bottle opener from other reviewers, but that is a little random, innit? Anyway, the only downfall is the size when I'm NOT at school - if I'm just running to the library to use their WiFi, it is a bit much. But I can get over it. :)

I love this bag! I have a very large and heavy 17" laptop and this bag is perfect for it. It also fits all the gym clothes for my daughter and me. I love the fact that it doesn't look like a laptop bag at all!
