Good solo case for your iPad etc ... but bulky and not for carrying with other stuff.

Ok - here is the deal: this case is really great if you need to carry your iPad with some other minor items (like the charger, or some pens, etc). But it is not good if you are carrying other items too - like a backpack or a shoulder bag, or any other type of bag. The case holds the ipad well and protects it against anything but severe events - like getting run over. The case is well constructed and bulges so you don't put pressure on the iPad from items in the bag. Which makes it good - but is also the bags liability.
If you are carrying your iPad all by itself and need some extra carrying capacity beyond your pockets, but not so much as to need a bag, then this is a super option. If you are carrying another bag or another briefcase, then this is just another bulky thing to carry. I recommend a good sleeve or a cover and then just slip it in your bag.

This case is very well made. The sides are rigid and the iPad just slips right in. The zipper closure feels well done, although it might catch on the interior compartment if you are too hasty. Shoulder strap is included, or you could tuck this whole thing right in to a bookbag and rest easy that your iPad is safe and snug. Little screen cloth is included, which I could take or leave but it is a nice gesture. The case is nice looking, nylon materials and just has that nice higher end feeling to it.
I would strongly recommend this if you are looking to protect that expensive iPad from catastrophe.

I use this product along with the prototypical tablet sleeve/cover/stand that my Galaxy Tab 10.1 permanently resides in. I use this to keep accessories with the device when travelling, not for daily protection. The tablet slot is perfect and the divider within this attaché has a small velcro strap to keep the tablet in the case. That being said, the fit for my device is so good that the tablet is never in danger of just falling out anyway. Occasionally the divider will get under the tablet when putting it in this case, but simply tugging on the divider gently pulls it out and you can get on with your life - it's a triviality, but a drawback nonetheless.
The divider is also decently solid and rigid so accessories placed within the case in the other side will not press on the tablet and damage the screen or falsely activate it. The space for accessories was admittedly smaller than I had envisioned, but that was just my spacial guess prior to receiving it. The attaché is exactly the size it claims to be. I only mention it should others be expecting larger storage capacity as I was. It fits a charging cable, stylus and flat DC adapter well, but the DC adapter pushes it as far as I would be comfortable as far as item size.
There is a shoulder strap included that I didn't see mentioned and was assumed to be there anyway and I was pleased to see it was. It is adjustable to be comfortable for my 6'1" height. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a slim case allowing for accessories.

iPad case
iPad fits in well with some room to spare. Case can also hold the iPad charger. Nice over the shoulder strap can be used. Definitely protects the iPad during travel.

Holds iPad securely, better for other uses

Protects
This will protect your ipad or a very small netbook, it has 2 little pockets inside for some small items and the rest is for the ipad which there is plenty of room for an ipad. Read more

Might not fit larger netbooks
