This review is from: Case Management: A Palliative Perspective (Paperback)
This was a easy book to read with personal insights into case management that defies the stereotype often used of case managers being an "insurance agent." Ms. Nader shows what can be done with quality case management to assist those in end stages of disease to make the time easier for the patient as well as those that love them.
