ONE OF THE BEST BOOKS TO LEARN FROM AND USE AS A RESOURCE
I have this book and refer to it constantly. It is very informative and concise in presentation. I am a new Case Manager and need direction and knowledge. This book certainly does both. It is a must have for any Case Manager whether in the Acute setting, Managed Care or insurance setting. Janet RN CM

Case management study guide
I do not feel that the books teach you what you need to know. Very redundant and it was not helpful to me.

CASE MANAGEMENT, A Practical Guide for Education and Practice is a well rounded reading experience that can assist with preparation for the CCMC. There are 11 Chapters with questions for each chapter at the end of the book.
The only draw back is the required fee for sending the questions and answers to Lippincott for the test score. If however, your intention is to obtain the required CEU for Case Management, it would be a reasonable investment.
