This review is from: Case of Mistaken Serenity (Audio CD)
Reign of Frogs is a Colorado-based studio-only band. Instead of playing live gigs, they have obviously channeled all their efforts into fully realizing their sound on disc -- this CD features truly awesome production and excellent songwriting. "I Have No Life Outside Of My Mind" is a super-catchy tune that will stick in your head for days; I also like the hard-driving, Nine Inch Nails-like "The Truth, Last Tuesday" and the moody "Regret." While this is the band's first full length release, it is an extremely polished effort. Besides great music, I have to say that the artwork on this CD is the best I've seen in quite some time. A+!
