When the school supply list asked for a pencil pouch instead of a box, we began the local search to no avail. There was nothing available locally that wasn't pink, glittery, or covered in butterflies. We were so happy to find this one! It is a great size - we were able to put all my son's supplies inside (10 pencils, 2 erasers, 12 colored pencils, sharpener, scissors, and glue sticks, and 3 pens) with room to spare. The only thing I am unsure of is the fabric. It seems a little thin, so we will see how long it lasts. We have not tried out the binder rings feature, but it seems like it might make the binder too bulky. Overall - a great deal for the money and the convenience of online ordering.

I've purchased several of these pouches and have had mix success with them. I purchased 1 red one that has worked out great. The other 2 were blue and have had zipper problems with both of them! Zipper gets stuck constantly and does not close. I'm very disapPointed with the zipper problems we've had. So now my son is using a ziplock bag as a pencil case as a result.

I really liked the concept of how this pencil case could be kept inside a binder. Notice the nice sturdy rivets on each end for placing in a 3 ring binder.

I only wish the zipper was as sturdy as the rest of the product.

It is a lightweight vinyl that appears very durable. The rivets are metal and will stand up to being carried around in a binder.

The zipper is the down fall.

The first case came with the zipper already broken but after notifying Amazon it was quickly replaced with a new one. The 2nd case zipper lasted only a couple weeks.

I would buy this product in the future if a better zipper was used in the future.
