I originally looked at this as an affordable alternative to the Incipio Feather case for the iPhone sold in AT&T stores and here at Amazon.com. I like this one so much I would consider the Feather case as a more costly alternative to this one. Not to mention the vibrant colors these come in versus the typical black, white, or drab colors of other cases.

This case adds very, very little bulk to the iPhone with regard to both minimail addition of size and weight. It does not interfere with the surface of the device and I am still able to retain the screen protector with it on. The sides now have a more grippy feel to them so the phone slips less in my hand. Due to the apple logo port hole on the back of the device, I am able to orient the phone when held without even looking at it.

Things I would have liked better include better corner protection on the front and better fit when docking in devices. For corner protection it is protecting the back well enough. It is the front I have concerns with as it just does not have anything covering them from the case and only if the device is laying on its face will the sides of the case prevent the corners from making contact. Instead having the corner tabs go all the way up over the front too would have been welcomed. Second was the better fit when docking and I expect this is often the issues with cases. With my items it was either with the case on it is too wide for some docks and on other docks the cover added too much material to the bottom -- just just barely in both of these examples. For the bottom issue most items have a cup for fitment you can remove and then it fits in fine.

I was on the border for 4 or 5 stars as it is not a perfect product, but the positive features and price pulled it over the top for me. So far it has been durable enough surviving my weekly air travel, going to the gym, and a few drops along the way. I actually ordered a Red and Blue one so I had a backup. I plan to swap them out every now and then for a little variety.

I bought this case for my g/f's iphone and she loves it. I have a case from more thing (3D series) and it is almost identical. I just am not the kind of person who likes bright and flashy cases but this is a very well constructed case. Nice feel and very tight fitting. Did not add any bulk to phone. Great deal and great cover. Would recommend to any of my friends.

I had very high expectations for this case from all of the reviews I read. I am somewhat disappointed now that I have the case in my possession. The case does not go completely around the whole phone. The top and botton of the phone are left bare with no protection. I also do not like the fact that you have to "pop" the case on and off and always feel I will damage my phone when doing so.

Otherwise, I like the feel (kind of a soft plastic feel) and color. I would just like more protection for my phone and believe the case should lower price.

Love this case. I owned a similar case for the 1G iphone. The pros are its slim profile, light weight, easy on/off (why one would take is off is a question), great color choices (I have the red, it is somewhat metallic), does not add much bulk (seems ever so slightly thicker than the 1G version, but still the best out there), also has great comfort and gripability (is that a word, oh well, you know what I mean). At this price, <$10, who could beat the value. Enjoy!

This cover is nigh on perfect. Good, tight fit, and the plastic has just the right texture. Great price, great product.

This case for my iPhone 3GS protects the device while looking sharp and barely making an impact on my pocket. I've had strangers on multiple occasions ask about it, and the fact is, I barely notice its there. I highly recommend this case if you can get it for a good price as it will suit almost all needs short of intense athletic competition or ridiculously rugged terrain.

It's a VERY good cheap alternative to most of the plastic cases out there. I had a silicone case before this one, and I like silicone for it's non-slip purpose, but it caused a lot of friction in my pockets and leather belt case. This one is great on my white iphone 3Gs and would think would go great with even the black one.

There is a metallic soft shine to it that looks very nice in my opinion. It feels soft to the touch and has a bit more grip than the phone itself that I wasn't expecting at all.

The clip is VERY secure to the point where I doubt it would pop off a regular standing drop. The only downside is the rough edges on the side that hugs the screen. It is very sharp snap that may leave scratches on the sides.

To minimize the scratching, make sure you insert the side with the volume buttons in last, and don't try to use a cloth or anything. Using a cloth will only have you take it off and reapply without the cloth.. the case clips on too tight for the cloth to be pulled out after the case is secure. The only way to prevent scratching is to get a skin for the back.

There is no rubber or silicon lining on the inside of the case to prevent the phone from moving, but my case is so secured to the phone that I doubt there will be much scratching from pulling it in and out of your pocket. Don't know about drops.

Make sure you clean the phone before clipping the case on so dust, dirt, sand, etc doesn't get trapped between the case and phone to scratch your phone.

I actually purchased a skinomi full body skin for the phone so it wouldn't get damaged from snapping cases on and off.

After applying my skinomi film, blow drying, and waiting an hour or two, I snapped on my CaseCrown skin and it did scratch the edges of my protective skin. I could imagine how bad the scratches would have been had I not bought the skinomi film.

I highly recommend skinomi if you're going to swap through multiple cases. If not skinomi, then try[...]. I opted for skinomi for the price.

With the scratching aside, this is a great case for the price. I like how the red edge shows on the side of the screen. Makes it almost feel like I have a product Red edition of the iPhone ;-)

I wasn't expecting much for the price, but was pleasantly surprised!

The case fits my iPhone perfectly. I usually have problems with cases not allowing me to dock the phone, but since this one isn't completely closed it does allow for it to dock w/o problems.

This case is exactly what I was looking for. It is the slimmest case of it's kind, but that is only one of it's great attributes.

I have bought a similar case which is fitting regular iphone.. but it was not fitted in my iphone 3G. I highly recommended this case for iphone 3G. I have black and red one.. to switch by weeks

This case is awesome! I can't believe how snugly it fits my new iPhone 3Gs, making it great for pocket presence. It's hard to describe the feel of the case -- not too hard, not too soft, but a perfect blend of both, making it easy enough to grip yet durable enough to survive minor wear and tear that any phone goes through. It won't stop a bullet, but if you're like me you cradle your iPhone closer than any of your previous phones because it's uninsured by AT&T. I doubt I'll be droppping this bad boy as much as I did with my RAZR, and if I do at least I'll have some peace of mind with the CaseCrown on it.

Also, this has been mentioned before, but the color is a beautiful, rich red that looks super sharp and shimmery (say that 3x fast), like a nice evening gown that my iPhone loves to wear. In fact, the phone probably loves to wear it too much, because I'm beginning to wonder how difficult it will be to take off when my screen protector arrives in a few days.

I'm mildly concerned about the corner protection, because there's a little flap/indentation at each corner of the CaseCrown that leaves the silver rim exposed. Perhaps this is to make it easier to pop off, but it would give me a little more peace of mind to have my new baby completely protected from the elements.

All in all, this is a 5-star purchase. You can't beat the price (AT&T and Apple stores would have you buy something more clunky for $15 more) or the look. Jury's still out on durability; I'll have to see how it holds up after a few months and update later.
