I used this light-weight luggage for three weeks in Turkey. I traveled 2,361 miles with numerous luggage drop-offs and ons. Not only was my luggage the most durable but it also carried many gifts home. Many people inquired about my suitcase and I feel that a few sales were made!

I chose this luggage for a 10-day trip where I needed plenty of room for clothes and toiletries plus free space for bringing back souvenirs, all without exceeding the airline weight limit. I also needed wheels and wanted multiple compartments to separate clothes from stuff that might leak. This was the only bag I found that fit the bill. I was amazed at how lightweight yet roomy this luggage was, and would highly recommend it for this reason alone.

I was (pleasantly) surprised, though, that what I ordered was actually a luggage set, including a 22" duffel a carry-on bag, and a toiletry kit, though this page only lists the 29" bag. I don't know how useful the last two pieces will be, but the 22" duffel has been a perfect weekend bag.

Though the exterior of the bag and exterior zippers are well-constructed and durable, I had to dock a star for the cheap construction inside. I love the "smuggler's bin" for stashing toiletries away from clothes, but the flimsy zipper on it broke within 4 days of use.

I purchased this product from Amazon. The aesthetics of the bag along with the weight, functionality, and construction are wonderful. When I bought this bag I had one major reservation. The straps on the bag can not be secured when checked with the airline. I was concerned when I purchased it that a strap would get ripped from the bag. Unfortunately, not only was my intuition right...it turned out to be much worse.

I typically use this bag for business travel. However, my wife used the bag for a week long trip with some of her girlfriends. On returning home from the trip she went to retrieve her bag from baggage claim only to find that the handle had caught on something and ripped the entire bag open. Luckily for her she was able to recover all of her things. However, the bag was no longer functional. The airline provided my wife with a very cheap bag to get her things home but would not let her take the Case Logic bag with her. Now I'm left without my bag and with no way to take advantage of the warranty.

I owned the bag for a total of less than 6 months. It made it through maybe 4 trips before it failed on the last. Buyer beware!

Just after writing this review on the Amazon website, I posted the same review on the Case Logic site directly. This afternoon I received an email from a Customer Service Coordinator for Case Logic wanting to apologize for my experience as well as send me a replacement bag. I have to say that the commitment to Customer Service and the willingness to stand by the product means a lot to me. I will update this review again when I get the replacement bag. For now I've updated the rating to 3 stars based on the email I received alone.
