I'm using this book to study for finals right now. I used it a lot when I couldn't finish the long assigned readings. I ALWAYS knew everything that was going on in class, and understood each case very well. This book happens to be very good.

This was a good supplement for my case book. It helped for test preparation and preparing for class during a very busy two weeks. If you anticipate a large paper or have a law review note while taking your Health Law class, get the case brief.

This case brief is awesome IF you have the book it's keyed to, which I did. In that case, you have accurate and condensed briefs of every case in the book at your fingertips. The rules were clearly stated and the authors echoed much of what my professor emphasized (and subsequently tested on the exam). However, you shouldn't expect something along the lines of Emanuels - this book isn't going to give you a capsule summary of the subject. It just purely breaks down the content of the textbook.

I really thought this book help with briefing my case summaries. There is a lot of case law in the area of law. I highly recommend it to allow for better understanding of principles in health law.
