I've been waiting for this debut CD for some time - if you like/collect French house/electro like BENAJMIN DIAMOND, DAFT PUNK, CASSIUS, DAVID GUETTA, COSMO VITELLI, this is for you! Not really uptempo club music, more off-centre/broken-beat glitch house style, tossed with a Beatles-esque pop sensibility - OCTET is a side project of BENJAMIN DIAMOND, and this stunning full-length debut came out months ago on his French label DIAMOND TRAXX - now it's been licensed to America, so you get the whole CD at domestic price, nice stuff! Check out the video for the should-be-hit-but-won't-get-played-on-U.S.-radio "HEY BONUS" and more - buy now to support daring electronica! Good for the dancefloor or the bedroom or the boardroom.
