I've been a Note Broker/Cash Flow Specialist for 4 years now and I refer all of my trainees to this book. It's very detailed in defining the main debt instruments that dominate the industry and pointing you in the right direction of who to network with in order to generate business.

The one thing I disagree with is that the author claims you'll succeed part-time. Like any other profession, this one requires a lot of time and effort. And anyone who has experience brokering anything knows that good brokers make dozens, if not hundreds, of calls per day. If you like speaking over the phone and have the time, then this business will easily add a good $20-$40K to your annual income, possibly more.

Cash In On Cash Flow is one of the most clearly written and well organized books that I have ever read on business opportunities or investing. Mr. Pino presents an excellent overview of the entire cash flow industry. At the same time, he explains the initial step-by-step actions required for one to profit from brokering and/or investing in each type of cash flow. This book was written by someone who has learned his subject through practical experience. Mr. Pino also possesses, a sometimes rare gift among authors, the ability to teach others. I would recommend this book to anyone who is interested in the cash flow and discounted paper businesses.

Larry Pino's book is an extremely easy read, explaining the cash flow industry in layman's language. Too often, books dealing with finances confuse you and turn you off to the possibilities of what you can do and can't do with your money. This book explains, very simply, the many ways that you can make money without having money of your own.. I like that, andI I have recommended the book to many of my friends. They have actually thanked me for recommending the book to them. I would recommend it for anyone who is interested in improving the quality of their life witiout bing a genius with finances.

I have read and followed financial, investment and business books for close to 30 years. Many are informative and some are brilliant. This book is one of the latter ones. I've been watching the cash flow industry develop for 10 years now, but this is the first time the entire industry is explained in one book by the founder of it. It's an added bonus that the book is thorough, entertaining, and easy to read.

I searched everywhere for a book on the "cash flow" industry. I not only found one, I stumbled across a GEM! Larry Pino sums up an indusrty that has the potential to EXPLODE in a concise and easy to read manner. Most of all, if you need a push in the right direction ...towards SELF EMPLOYMENT and FINANCIAL FREEDOM....This is the introduction for you!!!! EXCELLENT!

I'm over 50 and I've read alot of business books. However "Cash In on Cash Flow" by Laurence Pino is, by far, the best written book on starting a business and actually succeeding at it. There are so many books out there that offer theories and suppositions about the business world but Mr. Pino has been in the trenches and speaks from experience in a clear and understandable voice. You feel like he is talking directly to you and your situation! He even mentions meeting the reader someday. If that's not personal, I don't know what is. Don't hesitate, get this book and get yourself into the exploding Cash Flow business. Mr. Pino makes no promises about your success but he gives a step-by-step procedure to get your feet wet in this wonderful, profitable business. Chapter 14, Seven Attributes of a Millionaire, is worth the price of the book. Don't be fooled by imitations. Laurence Pino, Esq is the real thing!

The ultimate primer on cash flow instruments, punctuated with examples, in layman's terms. No fluff! Succinct material defining the menu of fifty plus instruments, where to find them and mosts importantly - the ways to make money!

Must reading for those wanting to make money on the side or to lay the foundation for a full time endeavor. Where was this book 25 years ago when I needed it? It's going on my reccommended reading list for my students. Prof. R. Richardson

Larry Pino has taken years of research and experience and put it into book form. Today many people are looking to develop a home based business and/or diversify their income, particularly women who want flexible hours because of their children. The cash flow industry offers a way to accomplish this. I have taken part in this industry after graduating from Larry's course 4 years ago and it has proven to be a lucrative business for me. Over the years the industry has evolved tremdously and Larry Pino has made an enormous contribution. Now, readers can not only get a comprehensvie overview of the cash flow industry but benefit from the experiences of others who are named in Larry's book and are accessible.

The only thing that bothered me about this book was that most of the information is repetitive. Again and again the same things are repeated. I would say, about 40% of the book could have been saved by eliminating the repetition. Book is well illustrated with examples and references. Have some sound ideas and advice. It did not have the thrill of a best seller. Has not the grip required to earn a 5 star rating.

This book was a very easy to understand, very pleasant to read over-view of the cash flow industry and its potential to earn money. Its written in language that anyone can understand, and be able to apply in the real world. Most importantly, the book is accurate, cohesive, and written in such a way as to be enjoyable. Time well spent. I highly recommend this book to anyone seeking a viable, lucrative career in the money business, or especially for those already in the business who want to refresh themselves and expand their potential. A must read!!!
