The 10 Cash Flow Rules You Can't Afford to Ignore!

While Philip Campbell obviously knows the subject and is passionate about it, he only passes on the most cursory amount of information on this DVD. I was prepared to learn from this material and devote the time it took to really listen, take notes, and engage with the topic. Well, it was over in a flash.

Most of the DVD is on why managing cash flow is important to a business. Isn't already knowing that why people would buy this DVD? If not, then one or two minutes of personal history or examples would be enough. But 50% of the material? The remaining 30 minutes (+/-) of the DVD are broad statements like "Treat Cash as King", and "Never run out of cash". Perhaps people need to pay $24 to hear that, I did not.

Interesting, that at the end of the DVD Mr. Campbell directs you to his website so that those who are interested can download for free his cash flow spreadsheet (you don't need to buy the DVD to get this as he offers it to anyone who visits his website). I did this and it looks like a useful tool. Now here is the 'meat' of the material I thought. Alas, no. According to Mr. Campbell on the DVD, covering this spreadsheet would take too much time. Golly, and 95% of a good DVD going to waste.

I highly recommend the Audio CD. I read Philip's book, "Never Run Out of Cash" when it first came out, and really enjoyed the tone and simplicity of the message. The Audio CD is a great companion to the book - hearing Philip's voice helps energize you to take action.
