Bought this for our small retail store. Seems like it will work just fine - the set up was a little confusing, but not too bad - just have to read very carefully and try and follow the steps in the manual. Manual isn't that great - will get you through the basics though. Probably the most confusing thing is the tax codes - so confusing that on the Casio comment card that comes in the package - they have a specific question about the ease and understanding of the tax codes!

Took about 2 hours to get things all set up including cashier names/numbers, One PLU code as a test, department names. Once you go through and it works once, it's pretty easy to do things.

Will stop back after we use it for awhile to offer more info about it in production.

I am a functioning person having owned my own business(es) for over 10 years now. This unit was difficult to program...I actually have run out of time to commit to programming it, after calling the help line (only to get a recording instructing me to look online) and then looking online and following incomplete instructions that seemed to have nothing to do with the unit I bought. The unit just flashes a "0" at me no matter what I do.

You get what you pay for. I will return this unit and go for the $3oo one I should have bought originally.
