I bought this item on a lark at a local specialty store. I have had it available on the table whenever I have served roasted or grilled red meats and veal. Everyone who tries it asks me where they can find some for themselves. I now won't eat a steak without it!

Definitely a favorite. The "FungusAmongUs" brand is virtually identical (same jar, different label) should you want to compare prices; and as a bonus is also eligible for subscribe and save.
