This product will function using a Poker sized deck of cards or cards stating a size of 3.5”H x 2.5”W.  Bridge sized cards are 3.5”H x 2.25” W, which are slightly narrow, and could work in this unit.  In regards to the comparison of this unit and a ‘manual’ unit, the only difference is the pressing of a button vs. shuffling by hand.

I bought this shuffler because I play alot of card based table games (Munchkin mainly)with friends n family. With the expansions to the game, the deck grew to around 600 cards. And that takes a while to shuffle by hand between games. This I can do all of the cards within 2 minutes 3-4 times over. Saves alot of time for sure. The spring on the card slide is about the only thing that I would improve. It's a bit uneven. But other than that, this was money well spent.

One of the card games we play uses 5 to 7 decks of cards (depending on how many are playing). Manually shuffling that many cards is a real pain, especially if small or arthritic hands are involved! We found one of these shufflers on our travels, and EVERYONE wanted one. I ordered 7 more and gave them away to family & friends -- they are still thanking us.

Ours has had heavy use, and is still working fine and on the first set of batteries. One side feeder sometimes needs a slight lift on the outside edge of the cards in order to feed smoothly (no big deal, but you might try it if one side feeds faster than the other). We found that some cheaper cards can have their edges roughed up by the process, but most cards stay newer longer because they are not being bent across the middle.

It's a little noisier, but we actually enjoy shuffling now, and one of the kids stated that the machine could keep him amused for hours even without a game.

We play a card game with neighbors called Hand and Foot. It requires use of six decks of cards. The 6-Deck Automatic Card Shuffler is just what we needed. It gets the job done and is entertaining at the same time. Who knew such an inexpensive plastic contraption could work so well and be so much fun!

I've had a number of these. They're plastic and not really that tough; but fo rthe cost they work fine, and I would buy one of them again.

This product is advertised as a six deck card shuffler. We find if we use 5 decks, the little wheels have a hard time and stop working. We have returned two. If we only put part of the decks in the shuffler, it works fine.

This is the second one I have purchased. They seem to work for a few weeks and then either one side doesn't work or they don't work at all. I have several friends who have purchased one also (we play a card game using 6 decks) and they have the same problem.

I have had this shuffler for just over 30 days and have gone through 4 sets of "C" batteries which are anything but cheap. Would not recommend!!!!!
