We needed this raffle drum for our company. We wanted to thank our customers by letting the. Enter a no-strings raffle to win gift cards to local businesses. They love it & the raffle drum looks professional and adds a fun touch.

I needed this for a charity event we hold every year and thought I'd just bite the bullet and purchase a "real ticket drum" instead of using a box or old pretzel container. The problem is that the tickets fall out of the door and slot areas when you turn the drum. Part of the issue is that the door came slightly bent and the slot does not have any mechanism to prevent the tickets from falling back out. We'll use it again but it is a little rinky-dink, especially for the money. Definitely not "Casino Grade" in my book. Disappointing.

I bought this product to use at our annual Christmas Party. We have several raffles and gift exchanges, and I thought this would be better than the small cardboard box we usually use for drawing the tickets. WOW, was I wrong! This item is very cheaply made, and as you turn it the tickets actually fall out of the drum! It has many sharp edges, and two people deeply scratched themselves while using it. I am contemplating throwing it away and going back to my small cardboard box.
