3.0 out of 5 stars ALL SHOOK UP!!
Well, this gets the job done. However it is rickety, and the raffle tickets or coupons fly out of the slit where the door is and another sleet in the seam where the tumbler is put together. For the money it is ok, I was just sorry that you could not turn it faster or the coupons would fly out and the fact that it was rickety and you had the feeling that it mite break...

I needed this for a charity event we hold every year and thought I'd just bite the bullet and purchase a "real ticket drum" instead of using a box or old pretzel container. The problem is that the tickets fall out of the door and slot areas when you turn the drum. Part of the issue is that the door came slightly bent and the slot does not have any mechanism to prevent the tickets from falling back out. We'll use it again but it is a little rinky-dink, especially for the money. Definitely not "Casino Grade" in my book. Disappointing.

1.0 out of 5 stars This product is JUNK!, December 13, 2011

I bought this product to use at our annual Christmas Party. We have several raffles and gift exchanges, and I thought this would be better than the small cardboard box we usually use for drawing the tickets. WOW, was I wrong! This item is very cheaply made, and as you turn it the tickets actually fall out of the drum! It has many sharp edges, and two people deeply scratched themselves while using it. I am contemplating throwing it away and going back to my small cardboard box.

For the money it is ok, I was just sorry that you could not turn it faster or the coupons would fly out and the fact that it was rickety and you had the feeling that it mite break. It never broke and you had to twirl gently so that the coupons would not go through the two slits. Even with the turning slowly a few coupons still fell out.
