I was disappointed to find this model watch has a soft plastic crystal that scratched the first day I wore it to work. I work around stainless steel and sharp tools. I did return the watch because the description stated the crystal was mineral. Amazon promptly refunded my money. Nice watch, I stand by CASIO watches. I have had many. This watch just wasn't rough enough for my abuse.

Window sticks out the case. Therefore it is easy to scratch the window. My friend bought different color but the problem is the same. Other than that, I did not have any problem with the watch so far.

I like the watch but the one I was ordering had a different band and the one I received is ok. I like the watch it does what I wanted it to do I was just disappointed that it didn't match the picture.

I have had this watch for 4+ years now and i love this watch, i got the face scratched pretty good and yes the analog hands cover things up at certain times but this watch had been seriously great to me during its time being beaten at times by me accidentally hitting it on items on accident by walls and concrete floors and cars etc during the things i am doing and its done its job flawlessly with it. love the watch,I then took it to an expensive jewelers to get a new battery put in and they seriously broke the watch. analog hands now don't move & chimes don't work but this was done by a person who should have said "I cant repair this to begin with". will have it fixed and keep using it. I love that this watch can take a beating and still keep going and all its way cool functions. this watch just has it all and does it all, AWESOME watch way to go Casio. 4+ years and still love it,

Good watch with lots of functions.
But temperature shown on the watch differs from the actuals.
If the same model is available in a rectangular shape would look more better (My idea)

Why is it so difficult to find a decent-looking yet functionally sound digital watch? This watch is nice looking and has a lot of the enhanced functions a digital watch should have (countdown timer, alarm, etc). But there are several key problems:

1) The thermometer is absolutely useless. After spending valuable time trying to adjust it, it still does not give you the real temperature. That's time I'll never get back.

2) The face has become scratched in several places. How in the world a watch company can get away with having a raised face and a soft crystal is beyond me. It's not like glass is expensive. This is the most significant problem.

3) The alarm is not loud enough. Certainly not loud enough to wake you up, and very easy to not hear if there is background noise.

4) The watch hands are not easy to read and they at times block the date and digital time, which is highly annoying. I have to say I don't understand why so many digital watches are analog/digital combo - what's the point? You have to set each individually BTW.

I'm very disappointed.

Don't bother with this watch, you will be annoyed at it because:
1.The analog hands ALWAYS cover something on the digital display
2.The analog hands are superfluous-bad design
3.The thermometer shows a temperature of 84.2, my body temperature is 98.6 whereas the room temperature is 71, what temperature is 84.2 which the watch displays and what is the use of it?
4.The watch does not display the year and month
5.No indication anywhere of the expected battery lifetime under average conditions
6.No indication anywhere as to what type of battery is used by the watch

Love the watch, love all of its features. I purchased the watch because I wanted to have the moon phase and tides for boating season. In order to properly set up the moon and tide graphs you need to know how to compute the lunitide interval. NOT EASY. I managed to figure it out after getting moon up times and the next following high tide for my location but only after adjusting for DST.......are you getting the picture??? Also the temperature gauge is cute, but do we really want to know what the temperature of your wrist is? Still all in all, I like the watch because I have finally figured out how to set up the moon/tide phase, not accurate but kind of close, and its such a reasonable price that it was still worth it for me.

I really like this watch. I really like the Temperature readout. The Moon Phase has never been wrong yet. This is a terrific Watch!!!

Wow let me tell you that im a very picky person when it comes to watches, but this one its something else.
Totally recomended as well buying in Amazon
