This is my all time favorite watch. I have owned one since about 1995, having special ordered it from AAFES. I recently misplaced it and thought I would never find another, but low and behold, they are still available for much less than the $80 I originally paid. This watch has a built in remote and lots of preprogrammed TV settings. -A blast when you are at a bar or restaurant when you have had enough of the channel they picked or want the volume up or down. If you have the remote for the device you want, you can "learn" anything and program it to any button. Mute is a good one to program, or any VCR functions fwd, rev, rec, stop, etc. Only drawback is that there is no backlight. Batteries last about 2 years under typical use. I am happy to report that my misplaced watch turned up, so now I have a spare! The original band lasted about a year, then I put a Speidel "speido-flex" band on it and it is much more comfortable (less sweat). Get one and have fun!

I gave this watch to my nephew for Xmas several years ago, and he was never without it until he ran it through the laundry recently and it expired. He chose the same watch as a replacement. Seems like a great endorsement.

This watch is great. It's come in handy at my home, friends' homes, and best of all at bars.

I am very pleased with my purchase. Item was programmed to mute my tv when the enormous amount of commercials come on and now I don't have to listen to a lot of noise they call commercials now.

Love this watch, I have this b4,Battery Life span(1-2yrs)with learning function almost control all IRemote appliances.

Watch was pretty easy to setup but you have to point at the tv just right for it to work. Also, not enough choices for cable boxes. Needs a back light. In this day and age, for this watch not to be backlit is pretty odd

Its a good watch. The TV programming thing doesn't work on every TV, but when it does, its awesome. Also, I was a little afraid that it was going to be a gigantic watch, and its not. I have small wrists and it doesn't really look that big. The only thing that keeps me from giving this watch 5 stars is that it doesn't have a backlight.

for a 1980s gimmick gift it's great but now in the 21st century where you expect everything to work better and you're used to better basic buttons these get on my nerves. All the numbers on the face of the watch have no give so you never really know if you pressed them or not. The watch works but it's annoying to use any of the buttons on the face of the watch. I don't use it at all since it's pretty annoying to press each button so it just sits around doing nothing.

I brought this for my son. He loved it! He uses the TV remote function to trick family members when they were watching TV. He turned down the volume or turned the channel. They couldn't figure what was happening.

The calculator was fun as well.

Awsome. Great to use in class rooms to turn on tvs and fool teachers. Highly recomend it.
