Overheats Easily then malfunctions/dead,

RMA this twice through J&R and finally replaced it with CW-50. Then I realized why they "died" after a few prints. It's the overheating problem caused it to lock:-CW-E60 can print 5 disks continuously then it's completely dead/malfunctioned -CW-50 can print upto 10 disks continuously then it'll lock up. After it cools down, you can print again. Therefore, just print a few at a time to prevent overheating

This little label printer prints beautifully on DVDs! The ribbon does only last for about 40-50 DVDs, so order the 3 pack with your purchase. I don't object to the software that comes with the unit. It does what you need it to do...print a few lines of text on the DVD.

There is better.,

Purchased this printer. I was very disapointed. It left black streaks when printing. Also the printing was poor, and it will only print on super smooth surfaces. I ordered the CW-100 Thermo printer, to replace this one. It works much better.
