Take your TV on the go with the Casio EV-570 portable TV. Catch the big game or your favorite show when you can't be at home to watch. The EV-570 features a glare-resistant 2.5-inch liquid crystal display (LCD) color screen and runs for up to 2 hours on AAA batteries.
Watch any broadcast channel on the VHF or UHF dial with the built-in antenna. Optional connections allow you to hook the TV up to cable or to boost your reception with an external antenna (not included). You can also connect the unit to an external video component, such as a DVD player or VCR with an optional A/V cord (not included).
The EV-570 features a built-in speaker, as well as an earphone jack. The channel tuning keys are on the front of the unit. Volume and brightness controls are included on the side. The TV can be powered by your choice of 4 AAA batteries or a AC or car adapter (not included). Without batteries, the EV-570 weighs less than a pound.

This company comes out with superb configuration for handheld TV's. The 2.5" screen model EV-570 is Casio's smallest TFT (LCD technology abbreviation) TV. The picture is very sharp and clear. Don't avoid buying this TV just because it doesn't have the cheapest price tag. I have enjoy watching the VCR through the audio/video jack right on my lap instead of the large TV screen. This handy size TV will be enjoyed both indoors and out.

Nice, Simple Machine,

I bought this to watch tapes while my partner sleeps. It hooks up easily to a VCR, gives a nice clear picture. I was able to read all the subtitles on my Kieslowski films with ease. And I liked the color I saw.I do wish the AC adaptor was packaged with it, though. It requires four AAA batteries, and two nights viewing can run though those quickly.

This is a great little TV. Since I live about 25 miles from the local TV stations/transmitters, I was worried about reception. However, the reception is great for both UHF and VHF stations. Yesterday I watched game 3 of Yankee - Red Sox playoffs from a hammock in the back yard. The game was broadcast on a Fox VHF station. I would have given this five stars, but the battery life is short - about 2+ hours. Oh, this unit takes 4 AAA batteries, not 3AA batteries as listed in the Amazon description.
