I dropped this camera down a granite slab while rock climbing. The lens was out, but luckily the camera tumbled end over end. The case was pretty dented up, but it still works. Can't get much more durable than that for a relatively inexpensive camera.

compact and looks nice/good quality. The screen is clear - not grainy like some cheap brands are. I am very pleased.
