Tested in water, stream and sauna
on April 24, 2013
The reason I bought this is for swimming and going to hot stream room. It is no reason to ruin an expensive watch. Finally I tested it out and want to share with others who use it for similar purpose. I swam in heated swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna 170F, stream room and hot shower for 10 minutes each. Of course, typical jogging also. It can stand under all of those tough condition without a drop of water, stream inside and fading in display. I didn't press button under the water which was not recommended in the manual. I also want it to stay alive for the way I use in tough heat. I suggest to wear on you wrist because my water bottle got pretty hot when stand alone in the sauna. The timer is useful if you don't want to stay in for too long. I don't see that is difficult to control the function. You definitely need to read the whole manual. It has so many functions. The wrist band fits my petite wrist and using the third hole from the shortest side. It doesn't look as huge as many oversize watch nowadays. It even looks cool and can match to little dressy outfit with a blazer. It's very light weight. Please rate my review if it is useful. I do read others reviews before buying it.
