Never a problem
The register does all I need and works great! If you don't need a scanner or CC machine interface and don't have a gazillion departments, this is for you. Not sure what the other reviewer meant about the receipt. You can customize the reciept with store name, phone number, whatever. Looks no different that any other stores' receipts.

Not user friendly
When I received it, I felt that I would have to study the manual to figure out how to use it. It's not user friendly. It's lightweight. The size is perfect if you don't have a lot of room. The receipts look cheap. It's a cash register I would use at a garage sale or something where presentation is not important.
